God’s steadfast faithful love to us is a promise to hold.
Psalm 117:2 For great is his steadfast love toward us, and the faithfulness of the Lord endures forever. Praise the Lord! (ESV)
Isn’t it a comfort to know that our God never changes?
Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. (ESV)
The dictionary defines steadfast as firmly fixed in place–immoveable.
We lean on this promise when we face hard times, good times, wow moments, and everything in between. God is always steadfast and faithful.
The best response to this promise is precisely what the Psalmist shared–Praise the Lord!
